THAI YOGA MASSAGE (session)
Thai Yoga Massage is done on a soft but supportive mat or futon on the floor with the recipient comfortably dressed in light clothing.
This holistic massage generally takes 1hr30 to 2 hours.
I work in sequences of acupressure, movement, gentle rocking and massage in order to stimulate the flow of energy in the meridians allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation and well-being.
I use feet, palms, thumbs, elbows and knees to stretch and massage channels of energy, tone internal organs, increase vitality and stimulate the lymphatic flow.
Within the field of holistic medicine, Thai Yoga Massage is considered one of the most beneficial treatments for conditions such as, stiffness in the joints, migraines, digestive disorders, organ dysfunctions and emotional imbalance which left untreated can result in discomfort in the body and ailment.
AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE (session)
This treatment offers a combination of the two ancient healing arts Thai Yoga massage and Ayurvedic Massage.
Thai Yoga Massage, wich is a compilation of acupressure, yoga streches and energy balancing is used to stimulate the flow of energy in the meridians in order to open up the body to receive a rythmic Ayurvedic oil massage.
The oils are specifically chooses according to your Ayurvedic Dosha type and will balance together with the mouvement your entire system.
In this session i am using my hands and feet to sweep with long movements along the body to lenthen the muscles in order to remouve blockages.
This technique promotes a deep relaxation of the nervous system, remouving stress and anxiety and stimulating the lymphatic flow in the body.
The increased lymphatic flow helps the body to remouve toxins.
While your body is energised and vitalised, it also brings about a profond inner peace.
BEING IN TOUCH (session):
A fluid and deep full body massage with organic essential oils (Ayurvedic oil) on the table, helping you to release tension and unwind.
Through slow and rhythmic movements of the hands your body will be able to open up to a deep touch.
This massage incorporates a blend of classical massage, reflexology and intuitive techniques according to the needs of the client, leaving you feel nurtured and rejuvenated.
